2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below shall express the written explanations opposite them.

ORDERER: A real or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER's website,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: Movable property subject to shopping and intangible goods such as software, sound, image, and similar items prepared for use in electronic environments,
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, and which the BUYER has ordered electronically through the SELLER's website.
The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices advertised for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.1. The basic characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of the good/product/products/service are published on the SELLER's website. If the seller has organized a campaign, you can review the basic characteristics of the relevant product during the campaign period. Valid until the campaign date.
7.2. Prices
The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices advertised for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

The sales price, including all taxes, of the good or service subject to the agreement is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the agreement on the SELLER's website, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the agreement shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section of the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the case of a distance contract regarding the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without giving any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER within 14 days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Products prepared in line with the BUYER's wishes or explicit personal needs, such as underwear bottoms, make-up materials, disposable products, are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that if they default on payments made by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the cardholder bank and will be responsible to the bank.
13. AUTHORIZED COURT
Complaints and objections regarding disputes arising from this agreement shall be made to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction was made.
14. EFFECTIVENESS
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement when they complete the payment for the order placed through the Site.
