By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges, declares and undertakes in advance that if they approve the order subject to the agreement, they will be obliged to pay the cost of the order and, if any, additional fees such as shipping costs and taxes, and that they have been informed about this.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below shall express the written explanations opposite them.

BUYER: The real or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
SITE: The internet site belonging to the SELLER,
ORDERING PARTY: The real or legal person who requests a good or service through the internet site belonging to the SELLER,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: Moveable property subject to purchase, and intangible goods such as software, audio, video and similar prepared for use in electronic environment,
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically through the SELLER's internet site.
The prices listed and announced on the site are sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
1. The basic features (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of the good/product/products/service are published on the SELLER's internet site. If the Seller has organized a campaign, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. Valid until the campaign date.
7.2. Prices
The prices listed and announced on the site are sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. Taxes and Payments
The sales price of the good or service subject to the agreement, including all taxes, is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER acknowledges, declares and undertakes that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the product subject to the agreement and delivery on the SELLER's internet site, have acquired knowledge, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the agreement is delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section of the internet site, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the case of a distance contract regarding the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal by rejecting the goods without giving any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address they indicated.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Products prepared in line with the BUYER's request or explicit personal needs, such as underwear bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.
12. DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER acknowledges, declares and undertakes that if they default on their credit card payment, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the cardholder bank and will be responsible to the bank.
13. AUTHORIZED COURT
Complaints and objections arising from this agreement will be made to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.
14. EFFECTIVENESS
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement when they make the payment for the order placed through the Site.
